High-performance diesel engine oil engineered for heavy-duty, high-mileage engines operating under severe conditions with high-sulphur fuels (>1000PPM). Meeting API CH-4/CI-4 Plus standards, it offers superior detergency, anti-wear protection, for high-soot engines. Ideal for American, Chinese and European Non-Road Pre Tier 4 / China NR4 / EU stage IIIb/IV engines , with EGR/SCR systems, as well as hydrostatic transmissions requiring reliable multigrade lubrication.Suitble for commercial, industrial, marine, onhighway and off-highway applications including construction, mining, quarrying and agriculture .
Cyclon PWR XTB 15W-40 is part of the Cyclon range for Power Generation, available in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region through Ziyut Al Adaa.

Stationary four-stroke diesel engines — generator sets above all. It is built for engines burning fuel with sulphur above 1000 ppm, and meets API CH-4 and CI-4 Plus with Caterpillar ECF-1a, MB 228.1, MTU Category 2, ACEA E5 and E7, Cummins CES 20076/77/78, MAN M3275-1, Deutz DQC III-10 and ZF TE-ML 04P/07D.
Continuous-duty generators carry an enormous share of the country's electricity: neighbourhood generators, telecom towers, factories, hospitals, cold stores and oilfield camps, nearly all running on locally available diesel whose sulphur content is far above European levels. That sulphur ends up as acid in the crankcase. The reserve alkalinity and acid control in PWR XTB, rather than in an ordinary truck SHPD oil, is the whole reason to specify it for a genset.
This 15W-40 is the default choice: easier starting on cold winter nights in Sulaymaniyah and Kirkuk, the broader approval list of the two, and available in a 20L pail as well as the 208L drum. Move to Cyclon PWR XTB 20W-50 for high-hour engines with opened-up clearances, and for continuous high-load running in extreme ambient temperatures where the operator wants a thicker film and lower oil consumption.
Count running hours, not calendar months. Start from the engine manufacturer's figure, commonly 250 hours, and let used-oil analysis — reserve alkalinity, soot, viscosity and fuel dilution — decide whether it can be extended. On high-sulphur fuel, assume shorter rather than longer. A set running twelve hours a day accumulates a truck's annual duty in a matter of weeks, so the hour meter is the only reliable service record.
